Level2 Group Coaching Calendar

 

Join your favorite Level2 coaches in a group coaching series! Try out the Navigating Your Glucose: A Framework for Success Series, Healthy Habits for Low Carb Living Series, How to Manage Emotional Eating Series, Silent Factors of Glucose Series, Motivation & Consistency Series, and/or the Movement for Success Series. We encourage you to try all classes in each series! We also offer one-off classes, see details below!

Register for which ever fits best in your schedule! We encourage members to attend each class of the series in order to get the full benefits. If you miss a class though, don’t worry! Feel free to jump in whenever!

Each class is 30 minutes long.

How to Manage Emotional Eating – 6-Week Series:
(Attend the Monday classes at 6:00 p.m. CT or the Tuesday classes at 11:30 a.m. CT)

Join Jeanette, a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, for a comprehensive 6-week series designed to help you manage emotional eating. Each session will focus on different aspects of emotional eating, providing practical tools and strategies to foster healthier eating habits.

Class 1 – Emotional Awareness: Understand the connection between emotions and eating habits. Learn to identify emotional triggers and develop awareness around your eating patterns.

Silent Factors of Glucose – 3-Week Series:
(Held Wednesdays 4/9 – 4/23 at 5:30 p.m. CT)

Join Jeanette, a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, to explore and act in three key areas that impact your glucose levels: Prioritizing Sleep, Stress Management, and Mindful Eating. Discover how these silent factors can make a significant difference in your health and well-being.

Movement for Success – 3-Week Series:
(Held Thursdays 5/1 – 5/8 at 8:00 a.m. CT)

Learn how everyday activities (NEAT) can improve health, review the benefits of cardio and strength training for blood sugar control, and check in to track progress and stay motivated. Discover how these key areas can significantly enhance your well-being, waistline, and glucose numbers.
